As a Dalton Utilities customer, you can choose from several convenient options for paying your bill.
1. Bank Draft
Dalton Utilities' most convenient payment method, a bank draft automatically deducts the payment amount from your checking account to ensure continued service with minimal effort on the customer’s part. Bank draft customers receive an itemized bill each month indicating the actual date their bank account will be drafted. Click here to print a Bank Draft Authorization form that you can complete and mail or fax to us.
2. Electronic Check
This convenient payment method allows you to pay your bill from your checking account --from the comfort of your desk, with the click of your mouse. Unlike bank draft, this is a one-time payment option. Furthermore, to protect your privacy, no banking information entered is stored and is deleted as soon as the transaction is complete. 3. Convenient Community Locations
The banks listed below accept payments from Dalton Utilities' customers if made on or before the last net day stated on your bill. This includes all area branches, for a total of 20 locations. And don't forget those convenient night deposit boxes if you stop by after regular banking hours.
